British soldiers posing for a photograph outside of a storage unit. The photograph is on Block C, there is a number 4 on the door of the storage unit. There is an officer in the middle and on the left is the staff sergeant. In the donor's album the photograph is captioned 'some of our boys'.
John Eastlake (1892-1941) was the grandfather of the donor. Eastlake served in Egypt during the First World War and was buried at home in 1941.
